In 1989, Paul Burke founded Telefonix, now named Konnectronix. Today, our team continues to innovate and push the boundaries of cord reel and cable design. Millions of Konnectronix cord reel products are used in aerospace, automotive, medical, industrial, point-of-purchase security, and consumer electronics applications all over the world.
Konnectronix is an environmentally conscious company with a focused environmental compliance system. Our dedication to green technology was pushed to a new level in 2013 as we launched the L1 PowerPost™ Electrical Vehicle Charging Station - the first true commercial Level 1 EV charger - featuring our patented electrical cord reel.
While it all started with retractable cabling for telephones, our work in this area continues to evolve. Konnectronix, in partnership with PDT and Lynkec, recognized that whether at home or on the road, when it comes to power cables, containment is key, so we created the reeljuice™ charger to bring these elusive qualities to the smartphone and tablet power market.
